Cancellation of orders.

  1. The user may cancel their order by requesting it from GUTsy Captain via email shop@gutsycaptain.com.
  2. The order cancellation will be accepted only under condition that the order has not yet been shipped.
  3. To cancel the order, the user must contact GUTsy Captain, through the email mentioned in number 1 of this Clause and provide these information: i) the number of the order that will be canceled; and ii) the email associated with the order.

Returns and refunds.

  1. When a customer wishes to return an order, GUTsy Captain will not bear the return costs, it will do so only in those cases in which a manufacturing defect or an error in the processing and shipping of the order is reported and validated.
  2. You cannot change or return a product. It is due to food and safety regulations and hygiene standards implemented by our company. The product can be returned/refunded only due to manufacturing defect or an error in the processing. To make a return request, you must send an email to shop@gutsycaptain.com and we will explain the entire procedure.
  3. At the time we receive your return, we carry out the quality control and refund the money by the same payment method you used, except if you want a voucher. The customer will receive the refund after the product(s) is/are returned and processed.
  4. The time it takes for the refund to enter your bank account depends on your bank since for us the maximum term for refund processing is 14 days. If you have any questions, you can contact us through the email shop@gutsycaptain.com.

  6. GUTsy Captain will not be responsible for the Product (s) that the User sends without prior and timely communication, through the means indicated for this purpose, of the right of return granted.
